1. INFORMATION

Most of the objects we sell are replicas of toys from the past, made using the design and technology of the time. Some of them do not meet today's strict standards for toys. They are therefore primarily intended as souvenirs for collectors and lovers of old toys. Consider it as a decoration, a nostalgic gift. These replica toy models are generally more fragile and more easily damaged than today's plastic or plush toys. When using them, pay special attention to your child, watch out for the corners and edges of the disc toys, be aware that porcelain and glass break, disc toys rust in moist media, cleaning them requires more care, clock mechanisms should not be overwound.... We recommend that you (also) play with children for the reasons listed above!

2. PROMOTIONS, PRIZE GAMES, COUPONS
We periodically hold drawings and prize drawings. Some are announced on Facebook, some are announced to newsletter subscribers, and some may be subject to certain purchase conditions. We will also post the current details on our facebook, newsletter and webshop. Watch these if you want to play and win.

Our promotional products are often discounted due to a mistake. The prices in the Promotions menu are already the discounted prices! We are unable to exchange or refund promotional items.
Coupons: you can get coupons for our toys and newsletter subscriptions, you need to write down the code of the coupon and enter it in the coupon code field when ordering. Coupons are often time- and value-based. 
You can only redeem 1 coupon per purchase. 

ORDER IN THE ONLINE SHOP

3.a.) When making a purchase in the Webshop, a sales contract is concluded between the User and the Operator, which legal relationship is governed by the provisions of the order and confirmation, as well as by the provisions of these Terms. By sending the order, the User accepts the terms of the sales contract. The contract is concluded, after the order has been fully completed and the data entered have been verified, as follows:

3.b.) Orders may be placed via the online interface of the Webshop. The order placed in the Webshop can be fulfilled by the Operator only if the User provides the data required for the purchase and fills in the fields accurately. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages resulting from failure to do so or for any technical problems arising during the process. The User shall be liable for any additional shipping or other costs incurred in the event of incorrect or insufficiently detailed address or other data or information. POSTAL ADDRESSES SHALL NOT BE ENTERED! It is important to indicate your MOBILE PHONE NUMBER accurately, because the Operator may consult you by telephone before confirmation and delivery, and the courier service that delivers the goods will send you an SMS. If the contact details are incomplete, the Operator will not fulfil the order. The Operator will send an automatic information confirmation of the ordered goods.

With the above information emails, a "distance contract" within the meaning of Government Decree 45/2014 (26.II.) is concluded between the User (as Customer) and the Operator (as Seller).

3.c.) For your convenience, we have created the possibility of registration, offering you to record your data. This will help you to place your order faster next time, and your pending order will be saved by the system. We also plan to keep track of your previous purchases. 

You can browse through the products in the store using the "Categories" menu or use the search engine. We have created a separate gift finder to help you if you are unsure of the right gift for someone at what age, so that you can make the surprise as perfect as possible. By entering the categories you can view a brief description, photo and price of the products. For more information about the product, click on the product image or name. By clicking on the basket symbol under the product or on the "REQUEST" button on the product's data page, the product will be added to your shopping list, it will appear in the basket and you can view the products you have selected so far by clicking on the "View" button at the top of your screen, under the browser bar. 

3.d.) If you request an invoice in your company name, because you can invoice the purchase, please include the tax number when entering the billing address. 

"In stock" and "currently unavailable products" 

Images and stock information of products on the Web Store are for informational purposes only and may vary from reality in some cases. You can change the stock information of the products on the webshop by clicking on the "In Stock" button under the "Filter" heading. By default, this is ticked so that only products that are in stock are shown.

However, we think it is important to show items that are currently out of stock or cannot be purchased. If you uncheck the box next to "In stock", you will also see products that are temporarily out of stock. Even if we are out of stock but reordering, or if we have ceased production, we will still keep alive all the nice notes, photos and descriptions of our items so that if someone is looking for information, they can find it. Due to the rapid changes in our stock, it is rare that a product may be shown as in stock but is out of stock when the order is received. We cannot be held responsible for such errors and will inform you as soon as we have identified the error.

DELIVERY

We also offer the possibility to order from abroad, after email agreement, the value of the products (plus postage and bank charges) should be paid in advance by bank transfer or PAYPAL. After receipt of the amount, the order will be sent to you via the Hungarian Postal Service, according to the current international rate table of the Hungarian Postal Service. Delivery time varies depending on the address. (You can download the rates and delivery times from www.posta.hu.)

PAYMENT TERMS:

 PAYPAL payment

           You can choose this payment method when placing an order, the amount to be paid will be transferred to the PAYPAL system and we will be notified of the payment. We will then send you the package.

PAYMENT BY Credit or Debit Card: 

You can pay for the selected products immediately by credit card at the end of the order. Secure payment is guaranteed by Gateway and Unicredit Bank. You can use VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD ELECTRONIC. 

Your card details will always be completely secure on the payment provider's encrypted payment page, and our webshop will only be informed of the outcome of the transaction.
